The grand finale of the 2023 Onga Cook Art national championship is finally here, with four schools competing for the bragging rights and a cash prize.
The 5th edition of the contest began at the regional level, with 120 schools across the 16 regions of Ghana participating.
Out of all the schools that participated, four schools, including Apam SHS, Notre Dame Girls SHS, Sefwi Bekwai SHS, and Yaa Asantewaa Girls, sailed through all the stages, thus Regional and Zonal levels.
These four zonal champions are to face it out for a GH₵20,000.00 cash prize and the bragging rights.
It is a battle between two mixed schools and two girls’ schools. Who will take over from Wesley Girls SHS as the reigning champion?
Representatives of the various schools are poised to pull out interesting and mind-blowing creativity in cooking.
Join the fun as the contestants exhibit great culinary skills at the grand finale on Sunday, May 21, which will be aired on the Joy Prime channel.
