The Excellence Leadership Awards Board has released a list of names of young and budding individuals for the ExLA Young Achievers Awards. These young men and women were selected after a period of public nominations online for the various categories under the ExLA Awards scheme.
These categories include the ExLA Platinum Award which is the highest order of the ExLA Awards, Gold Category and the Silver Category under which the Young Achievers Awards falls.
Unlike the Platinum and Gold categories where winners were directly selected by the awards board after public nominations, the silver category had a number of nominees selected under the various sub-categories. These distinguished young individuals under the silver category of the ExLA Awards 2015 are as follows:

- YOUNG ACHIEVER- GOVERNANCE, LEADERSHIP ADVOCACY
- AMINA ISMAIL (ACHIEVERS BOOK CLUB)
- PATRICK STEPHENSON (IMANI GHANA)
- YOUNG ACHIEVERS- ARTS, CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT
- CHIEFF ABDUL MOOMEN (BAMBU CENTRE)
- NOELLA WIYAALA – (MUSICIAN)
- LATIF ABUBAKAR- (GLOBE)
- YOUNG ACHIEVER- MOST IMPACTFUL PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERSON

- YOUNG ACHIEVER- ICT SOLUTIONS
- REGINA AGYARE (SORONKO SOLUTIONS)
- KWEI QUAYE-FOLI (SCI-FI WEB TECHNOLOGIES)
- DERRYDEAN DADZIE (DREAMOVAL)
In a statement signed by theExLA Awards Board secretary, Mr. Clement Sefa-Nyarko, these young persons were chosen after a series of consultations and deliberations and can be said to be most deserving nominees for the various sub-categories under the ExLA Young Achievers Awards in the silver categories.
To determine the winner of the award under each sub-category of the ExLA Young Achievers Awards, the general public are invited to vote for their preferred nominees among the above shortlisted young achievers under the various sub-categories. Voting has started online on www.exlagroup.org/voteand will close onThursday 22nd October, 2015.
Winners under each category would be announced during the awards ceremony on 24th October, 2015 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.
